The B’s got back to winning ways with a good first half performance that saw them score there goals. The vsioitrs who sit at the basement of the league started briskly with a good youthful mid-field that pushed Chards defence however it was the break-away capacity Chard had that undid Sidmouth & Otterys enthusiasm to push forward, the first goal coming from a penalty corner where the ball rebounded eventually to Durgan Cooper who slotted home, shortly afterwards the tenuous Charlie Grossey persuaded the visitors defence and capitalised on their mistakes to score, the best goal cam eat the end of the half with a good run by Cooper who found Rollo Squire who neatly drew the defence and keeper and passed wide for Jacob Boobier to fire home. With some injuries to some of the elderly statesmen meant Chard had to re-juggle their defence, good second halves by Riley Millet and Tom Float meant there were limited opportunities but the visitors eventual scored form a a penalty corner. Chard kept pressing for another goal and left themselves vulnerable at the back but the game ended with neither sides creating any good chances as the game came to a close.
